Important Information

1. PRICES INCLUDE: taxes and maid service every other day .
2. NOT INCLUDED: staff gratuities, phone calls, personal laundry service and transportation.
3. MONTHLY RENTAL: is available upon request from May 1 through November 30 contact info@palmatropical.com.
4. CHECK IN/OUT TIMES: Check In at 3.00 PM. Check Out at 10:00 AM.
5. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: is 6 people.
6. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
   • To secure your reservation use PayPal for on-line payments, or mail check or money order. Contact us at info@palmatropical.com for mailing address.
   • Once your reservation is confirmed, a 30% deposit or $100 (whichever is greater) is requested to secure your reservation, with full payment due 30 days before your first night in the condo. Or if booking within 30 days of arrival, then full payment is requested on confirmation of your reservation.
   • Balance is payable 30 days in advance of first night. (Mexican residents only, may pay balance in full (cash) upon arrival).
7. CANCELLATIONS:
• During any cancellation a $100 US non-refundable fee will be charged, in addition:
• 90-60 days prior to arrival - all money received, minus $100 is refundable
• 59-30 days prior to arriva l- money received is 75% minus $100 is refundable
• 29-0 days prior to arrival - money received is NOT REFUNDABLE, unless the property can be rented for the exact dates cancelled, in which case a 15 % administrative fee of the payment will be withheld. No shows and early departures shall be treated as cancellations.

9. RESPONSABILITY/DISCLAIMER:
• Neither the owners of Villa No. 133 nor Villas del Palmar will be held responsible for loss, injury or damage to any person or property of the persons occupying the Villa.
• Guests agree to be personally liable for their telephone charges, losses of any contents in the Villa, damages other than normal wear and tear, repairs due to abuse and/or misuse of electrical equipment, insect screens, and other items provided by the Villa.
• Guests shall be responsible for the conduct of any minors accompanying the guest or who shall be invited onto the property and shall hold the property owners and Villas del Palmar harmless and indemnify the property owners from and against any damage or injury caused by such minor.
