  WELCOME TO VILLA No. 133

• Please tell the Security Guard at the entrance your name, number of guests and the Villa number. "Villa número Ciento treinta y tres por favor(133)" or write it out on a piece of paper to show them if your Spanish is rusty. Then go to register at the Reception Office immediately upon arrival. Follow the road ahead until you find the palm frond (palapa) roofed building on the left. It has a parking area, a little store and the reception office.
• When you get to reception, they will give you a form to fill out with your names, number of guests, type of car (if you are driving one) and the days you are staying at the villa. At this time you will need to pay the balance of your reservation, if you have not paid it already.
• The Receptionist will give you a parking permit to put on the dash board
  of your car. This will facilitate your entrance into Villas del Palmar at any hour. Show it to the guard as you enter. The front gate is guarded
  24 hours a day.
• To obtain a key(s) for the villa you will need to pay a refundable deposit of $50 pesos (approx $5 US) each. This will be returned when you return the keys at departure.
• If you want telephone service there is a deposit of $200 pesos, (approx. $20 US). Villas del Palmar offers the first 30 local calls for free each month . After those 30 calls, each local call is charged at the rate of $1.47 pesos plus tax. These charges will be deducted from your deposit. Long distance calls will also be deducted from the deposit. Telephone cards for long distance calls are available at many stores including the "Kiosko" store near the villas.
• If you use up your entire deposit then the telephone service will be cut and you will need to pay another deposit to restore service.
